How To Type Spanish Letter?

Hi, I'm Olga from Hong Kong
I can't type spanish letter in my computer e.g. the letter n with a tiny wave above

Can somebody please tell me how to adjust the setting on the computer?

I'm using Window XP, by the way.

In this forum you will get Spanish letters on the toolbar while replying the post
