Everyone in my Spanish class has to create a story about a morning routine in Spanish. My teacher was absent for a couple of days so I did not get a chance to get her help on my story. If anyone has time, can you check my story?
I put the English version of what my spanish sentences to make it easier to understand.
I'm also open to any suggestions to make improve my story. Emotion: happy

I know it's very long but it is part of our final exam for this Spanish class this year. The teacher allowed us to add more sentences for extra points on the exam.

The title: "Wake up, Wake up!"
1) ¡Son las seis! El despertador está sonando, hora de despertarse. Hoy es lunes, Amy tiene que levantarse y prepararse de escuela. Pero no puede y volver a dormir.

It is 6 o’clock! The alarm clock is ringing, time to wakeup. Today is Monday, Amy has to get up and get ready for school for school. But she isn’t able to and returns to sleep.

20 Minutes Later . . .


2) ¡Finalmente despierta! Amy camina a la ventana y abre las cortinas. Ella observa la afuera y ve hace sol. Amy dice: “¡Hoy está yendo para ser un bueno día porque hace sol¡”
  • Finally she wakes up! Amy walks to the window and opens the curtins. She observes the outside y see it's sunny. Amy says: "Today es going to be a good day because it's sunny!"
3) En el cuarto de baño, después se baño, se cepilla los dientes y se lava la cara. Luego, se seca la cara y pelo con una toalla limpia. Cuando su pelo seca, se peina el pelo rizado cuidadoso.
  • In the bathroom, after she showered, she brushes her teeth and washes her face. Then, she dries her face and hair win a clean towel. When her hair dries, she combs her curly hair carefully.
4) Ella se pone en la ropa limpia y busca los zapatos. Ella los busca y encontra los zapatos en el rincón del cuarto. Ella encienda la luz al lado del escritorio y se pone los zapatos. Siguiente Amy consigue la mochila del estante y baja las escaleras.
  • She puts on her clean clothes and looks for her shoes. She looks for them and finds her shoes in the corner of the room. Afterwards Amy gets her back pack from the shelf and goes down stairs.
5) En la cocina, madre de Amy está haciendo los churros y el té fresco en la mañana. Ella mira la madre detrás de la estufa y se aburre después uno minuto. Por tanto se sintió allí y le dio de comer a la tortuga.
  • In the kitchen, Amy's mom is making churros y fresh tea en the morning. Ell watches her mom behind the stove and gets bore after 1 minute. So she sat there and fed the the turtle.
6) Madre de Amy anuncia: “¡El desayuno sirve!” Ahora Amy puede los churros deliciosos y bebe una taza de té. ¡El té está muy caliente! Ella va el fregadero y se moja la lengua. Su madre dijo ella tiene cuidado cuando está bebiendo una bebida caliente.
  • Amy's mom announced: "The breakfast is serve!" Now Amy can eat the delicious churros and drink a cup of tea. The tea is very hot! She goes to the sink and wets her tongue. Her mom told her to be careful when drinking a hot beverage.
7) Mira el reloj, el autobús está llegando en cinco minutos. Se preocupa porque no termina de comer. Si no termina en cinco minutos, ella está yendo perder el autobús. Pero su madre dice ella: "Pierda" porque puede conducir ella a la escuela.
  • She watch the clock, the bus is arriving in 5 minutes. She worries because she is not done eating. If not finish in 5 minutes, she is going to miss the bus. But her mom tells her "don't worry" because she can drive her to school.
8) Su amiga Jenny llama ella y recuerda ella se viste el uniforme nuevo. Amy hasta se le olvida hay una competencia después de escuela. Inmediatamente sube las escaleras y va a la alcoba. Ella saca el uniforme del ropero y se lo pone. Luego consigue la raqueta de debajo de la cama.
  • Her friend Jenny calls her and reminds her to wear the new uniform. Amy even forgot there is a competition after school. Immediately she goes upstairs and goes to her room. She takes out the uniform from the closet and puts it on. Then she gets the racket from the bottom of the bed.
9) Antes de salir el cuarto, se mira la cara en el espejo y se maquilla el maquillaje. Por casualidad, se ensucia los labios con el maquillaje, se enfada. Ella rasga un papel higiénico del cuarto de baño y se limpia los labios.
  • Before she leaves the room, she looks at her face en the mirror and puts on makeup. By accident, she mess up the lips with the makeup, she gets mad. Ella rips a toliet paper from the bathroom and cleans her lips.
10) Su madre entra la alcoba y pide ella limpia el cuarto porque lo está sucio. Amy arregla las almohadas, reemplaza las sábanas, y hace la cama muy rápido. Luego, trajo cesta de lavadero baja a la cocina y la pone encima de la secadora.
  • Her mom comes in the room and asks her to clean the room because it is dirty. Amy arranges the pillows, replaces the sheets and makes the bed very fast. Next, she brought the basket of laundry down to the kitchen and puts it on top of the dryer.
11) Mientras está esperando para su madre, decide para ayuda el padre pone las cajas de torta en el coche. Entonces ve Kylie and Jenny están jugando el fútbol y Amy toma parte en el partido. Ella dan un puntapié el balón el césped con sus amigos hasta su madre viene fuera de la casa.
  • While she is waiting for her mom, she decides to help her dad put the boxes of cake in the car. Later she sees Kyles and Jenny playing soccer and Amy took part in the game. She kick the ball on the grass win her friends until her mom came outside of the house.
12) Amy quiso Jenny y Kylie van a la escuela con ella. Por tanto su madre dio ellas un paseo a la escuela. Finalmente Amy llega a la escuela a tiempo y no es tarde.
  • Amy wanted Jenny and Kyle to go to school with her. So her mom gave them a ride to school. Finally Amy arrives to school on time and isn't late.

11) Mientras que espera a su madre, decide ayudar a su papá a poner los pasteles en el coche. Entonces ve que Kylie y Jenny están jugando fútbol, y Amy empieza a jugar con ellas. Ella juega con ellas hasta que su mamá salga de la casa.

  • While she is waiting for her mom, she decides to help her dad put the boxes of cake in the car. Later she sees Kyles and Jenny playing soccer and Amy took part in the game. She kick the ball on the grass win her friends until her mom came outside of the house.
12) Amy quiso Jenny y Kylie fueran a la escuela con ella. Por lo tanto su madre las llevó a la escuela. Finalmente Amy llega a la escuela a tiempo y no está tarde.
