I found this phrase: cuetzalan ingles, what does cuetzalan mean? I think it might be a portuguese word?
I have never seen/heard that word before. I looked up the word on www.rae.es and it did not come up. Perhaps it is portuguese, since "ingles" in Spanish should be written "Inglés."
Good Luck

I believe Cuetzalan is a town in Mexico. So perhaps this indicates an english person who lives there?

If you're interested in word origins, there's a very similar word in the Nahuatl language (a native south american language)
