The name "Jorge" would sound like "Hor-Hay." The Spanish "J" has an "H" sound and so does the "G" in this name. Be careful, the letter "G" does not always sound like a "H." It can sometimes sounds like the "G" in gato  . | |

The translation for "that is the least I could do ..." is
- "eso es lo menos que podría hacer para ayudarte"
or:
- "eso es lo mínimo que podría ... "
you can use both (both are correct)
