He meant the pronoun "you", whichever one you prefered.

Yes, but only in the United States or foreign countries would happen that kind of thing more often. Since people start forgeting his/her spanish when they arrrive to another country, they make up a new word, or translate it incorrectly, and use a word incorrectly from the English.

As far spanish-speaking countries, I have never seen it.

Si en la escula no dieran tareas, estarÃa hablando contigo, pero como si dan, no puedo hablar.

3. No juzgue (or: "no juzgues", if you want tu use "tÃº" or "vos") un libro por su pelÃcula. Ok

4. Â¡Si la escuela no asignara (I'd say "diera", but perhaps some native speakers would accept "asignara") la tarea, estarÃa hablando contigo, pero sÃ lo hacen, por eso no estoy hablando contigo!

5. Salva los Ã¡rboles, boicotea la tarea.
