There will be a temporary hold placed on your card.    - HabrÃ¡ un/a ___ temporal en tu tarjeta.          (hold? Sorry, do you think you can explain what the sentence means?)

You need to buy a card and call us back.   - Tienes que comprar una tarjeta y volver a llamarnos.

Iâm sorry. I donât speak Spanish very well.   - Lo siento. No hablo mucho castellano/espaÃ±ol.

Please ask a nurse to help you.   - Pide a una enfermera que te ayude, por favor.

Your service is good until noon tomorrow.    - Tu servicio estarÃ¡ bien hasta maÃ±ana al mediodÃa.        (Your service?:S)

I speak only a little Spanish. Please speak slowly.         - Hablo muy poco castellano/espaÃ±ol. Habla despacio, por favor.

That was my try! I wasn't able to answer some of them, perhaps you can try explaining what you really mean?
