Lo lamento mucho o lo siento mucho?  Is either way correct?              Yes. But, the first one isn't much used in Spain.

Dándome la vuelta.  (I'm just hanging out, yes?) Dandome is from the verb dar. I don't understand the connection.       It's "Estoy dando una vuelta". "Dándome la vuelta" means another thing!

Lo que haga o deje de hacer es bronca mia.  I sort of understand this one.  "What I do............................is my business,"  but I don't understand            It means: "What I do or stop doing is not of your bussiness"

"o deje de hacer."  Could you please explain why this is used in this context?     Maybe you understand better with the change of letter?;)

Do "Soy una embarazada" and "estoy embarazada" have the same meaning?

You cannot say "ser una embarazada" because "embarazada" is an adjetive.

I don't understand this, I've googled "soy una embarazada" and I got results..can't it be that both are correct?

 Well...Maybe you can "sustantivar" (become a noun, I dont know how to say this in english) the adjetive. It depends.

If you want to tell someone you are pregnant, you should say: "Estoy embarazada".
