Spanish version ¿Tenía repasaba el archivo que yo enviaba tú? Si en algún momento tiene(This is the form of usted.) preguntas, por favor no se preocupe en contactarnos.

First, you have to use whether you are going to use tú or usted.

 I think here is a better translation:

tú form ¿Haz visto el archivo que te envíe? Si tienes alguna pregunta, no te preocupes en contactarnos.

usted form ¿Ha visto el archivo que le envíe? Si tiene alguna pregunta, no se preocupe en contactarnos.

My  version in Spanish used in Mexico:

¿Ya revisaste el archivo que te envié? Si tienes alguna pregunta no dudes en contactarnos.

¿Ya revistaste el archivo que te envié? Si tienes alguna pregunta no dudes en contactarnos. suena muy formal.

¿Has visto el archivo que te he enviado? Si tienes alguna duda, dímelo (más coloquial)
