I have to reply to a Spanish letter and I dont really understand what i have to do:
" V°B° del Director del Departemento.., encargado de impatir la/s assignatura/s solicitada/s por usted, relacionada/s con las praáctias que solicita realizar, en el que conste el nombre y appelidos del profesor/a encargado/a de sus prácticas y el hospital asignado. Para obtener este documento tendrá que solicitarlo por escrito a dicho Dpto.. la dirección de corroe ordinario es.."

V°B° del Director del Departemento.., Director Departament's Approval..., in charge of imparting the solicited subjects, related with the practices you want to carry out, in (such document) must be mentioned the name and surname of the teacher in charge for your practices and the designed hospital. In order to get that document you'll have to request it in writing to such Departament... the post mail address is...
V°B° = Visto Bueno in Spanish language.
