There will be a temporary hold placed on your card.    - Habrá un/a ___ temporal en tu tarjeta.          (hold? Sorry, do you think you can explain what the sentence means?)

You need to buy a card and call us back.   - Tienes que comprar una tarjeta y volver a llamarnos.

I’m sorry. I don’t speak Spanish very well.   - Lo siento. No hablo mucho castellano/español.
