Spanish for "No thanks."

What is Spanish for "No thank you"  as in when someone offers you something to eat that you don't want?  Is it "Gracias No" ? or "No Gracias"  or something competely different.  If it makes a difference most of the people I will be talking to are from Mexico.

both sentences are ok, though it sounds better, in my opinion to say: no, gracias...
