"los árboles recortan el aire con sus ramas arqueadas"

It's a kind of poetic text so, what do you think about this: "the trees outline the air with its bowed branches"?
Any other suggestion? Does it sound ok in English?

I think this would be the best translation

Los arboles recortan el aire con sus ramas arqueadas=The trees cut out the air with their bowed branches

Do you have any more context?

A ver que dicen los demas
