How would I say "This means YOU!" in Spanish? I need a proper translation for some signage, but I want to make sure I have the idiom right. Babelfish gave me "Cesto le significa," but is that what a Spanish-speaking person would really say?
Thanks for your help.

Definitely not 'significa' as this is 'signifies' i.e. 'has the meaning'.

I would go with 'Se refiere a usted' - 'It refers to you.'

I am leaning more towards "Esto se aplica a usted", but I would have to see the whole picture to know the best translation.
"Cesto" is a basket.
Saludos,
Earle

Gracias. Well, I've been asked to make up some signs for our desks at work because we have some careless people on our cleaning crew who mess up our desks, even after we've put in several requests not to have our personal items disturbed. This is what I've got:

=A1Atenci=F3n!
No limpie este escritorio. No toque NADA en este escritorio.

I was going to wrap up with "this means YOU!" since previous signs on our desks have been ignored. Just trying to grab their attention any way I can.

"Estimado equipo de limpieza: Se ruega no tocar nada en este escritorio ni limpiarlo."
That would be my first choice.
Now maybe, if they are second generation, they don't read Spanish.

Saludos,
Earle

I have to say that I find this pretty agressive, but you probably have your reasons.
I'd write "=A1Me refiero a usted!"
All the other choices that were given were correct, but I think this one expresses your idea in a better way.
