(sujeto persona) who, that: el que vino conmigo the one who came with me; el anciano que me advirtió the elderly man who warned me.

(sujeto cosa) that, which; el bolso que me gusta the handbag (that) I like;

lo que what: lo que necesito son unas vacaciones what I need is a holiday.

Yo (sujeto) quiero(verbo) que (nexus) Tú( 2o sujeto)  (2o verbo) hables (complemento) español

There are two types of sentences in spanish: The simple sentence subject+conjugated verb+complement or the double sentence subject+cojugated verb+complement+nexus+2nd subject+2nd cojugated verb+complement
