Help proofreading these sentenses please ! Apperciate any help

I'm doing a presentaiton on Sangria.  Here is what i want to say.  hello, my name is dave, and today I will be talking to you all (ellos) about Sangria.  First, i will begin with the history of Sangria.  Ater that, I will talk about Sangria in modern times.  Finalemente, I will talk about how to make Sangria.

Here is what i have,

Hola, me llamo Dave, y hoy digo a ustedes sobre una bebida con nombre "Sangria". Empezo con la historia de Sanria.  Despues, digo sobre Sangria en tiempo moderno.  Finalemente, digo "Que Hace ese bebida"

Thanks guys.  I know im using present tense becuase we have no learned future.  But does that still make sense?

First of all, don't forget to add the accents:). Secondly, I'd make a small adjustment.

Hola, me llamo dave y hoy quiero hablaros (os is used for the 2nd person plural) de la sangria..............Finalmente explicaré como hacerla
