Es correcto decir "hace lluvia" cuando esta lloviendo? Alguien me dijo que se usa esa en Espana pero no en america del norte o del sur..

"Hace lluvia" no es correcto y no se usa en España. Podría decirse "hay lluvia" o, más sencillamante, "llueve" o "está lloviendo".
