como se dice la expresión "speak fluently" en espańol?

hm.. depues de estudiar espanol muy intensivamente, pienso que puedo decir que I speak fluently. Por ejemplo aprendo ingles desde hace 8 ańos y espańol desde hace 2 ańos y ahora ambos son para en el mismo nivel.

Porque es muy importante en los Estados Unidos y también yo hablo espanol hace casi diez años!

I live in the USA and we are rapidly becoming a bilingual country; English and Spanish.  Granted, there are many people here from other than Spanish speaking countries, but after English, Spanish is the most frequently spoken language.  All over the world, it seems, people are studying English from an early age, and it is astounding to me how many people speak English as a second language, yet so many continue to struggle with it.  I want to try to help some Spanish speaking people learn English by learning their language.
