Okay, I was taking a spanish class and when they taught "this" (eso, ese, este, esta, and whichever ones I forgot) I was totally confused. I'm no longer taking that class anymore and am now teaching myself. Could someone explain this to me?
Oh and also about aquí, allí, allá, ahí, acá?
aquí - here
allí - there
allá - over there
Then what about ahí and acá? They both also mean "here", right? I asked a native speaker the difference in aquí and acá and she said it's the same thing so I guess I'll take her word on it unless someone here says different.
