Hola, me llamo Anderson y tengo 22 años. Esta es la primera vez que escribo algo en Español, luego es natural que yo cometa desaciertos. Bueno, yo no hablo Español perfectamente, pero entiendo la lengua; soy de Brasil y hablo el Portugués, luego tengo la habilidad de entiender el Español. Quiero mucho hacer amigos que hablan la lengua española, pues soy una persona muy amigable y tengo prisa en aprendiar a hablar la lengua española. Vengo estudiando Español a solas, pues no tengo mucho tiempo para ir a una escuela de lenguas. Estoy muy ocupado com mi universidad y mi graduácion.

Hello, my name is Anderson, and I'm 22. This is the first time I write something in Spanish, therefore I might make some mistakes. Well, I don't speak Spanish fluently, but I am able to understand the language, as I'm from Brazil and my native language (Portuguese) is very similar to Spanish. I really want to make friends who speak Spanish, as I am a very friendly person and I am fully convinced that the best way to learn a language is through communication. I have been trying to teach myself Spanish lately, as I don't have much time to attend a school; I am a University student and I'm about to graduate, so I am very busy at the moment. I believe I am capable of learning Spanish through the Internet, because I taught myself English by watching movies, listening to songs and interacting with English speakers through the Internet. For those of you who might be curious, I major at Portuguese and literature and I have some experience as a teacher of English as a second language. I would be grateful if someone could help me with my Spanish, as I really want to learn that language; I find Spanish such a beautiful language; I'm partially jealous of those who can speak it. :P And if anyone needs help with their English or Portuguese, just let me know, as I am willing to help, too.

Congratulations on teaching yourself English. It must have taken time becuase you write English very well considering that is your second language. I guess you are in the US since you mentioned "major" :). Again, welcome to the forum.

Hola Anderson . Bienvenido aquí. As you said you have an aptitude to learn languages, I hope you will learn Spanish also within a short period.Here all our students and experts are very helpful and friendly.I am also jealous of them who speak Spanish correctly and fluenly.

Oh. no. I am in Brazil. I have never been to the United States, sadly. However, I went to England this year and I totally fell in love with the country. Although I only spent a few weeks there, I was able to practice the language and I definitely improved my accent. :)
