I'd like to comment something else on your first sentence:

se esta enamoriscado de ella.

I'm not completely sure about the meaning; I can think of two (in the first case there is a an n missing in one word, and in the second there is a word too many):

- Se está enamoriscando de ella: He's becoming infatuated with her

- Está enamoriscado de ella: He is infatuated with her

Enamoriscarse is not the same as enamorarse: the former (not too common) means getting a crush on or becoming infatuated with someone, while the latter means getting in love with someone. In this case you should say Se está enamorando de ella.

1)  Se está enamoriscando de ella:  He's becoming infatuated with her   /// MAL

Se está encaprichando con ella..He's becoming infatuated with her  // BIEN

Se está encaprichando de ella. He's becoming infatuated with her //  BIEN

2) Está enamoriscado de ella: He is infatuated with her //  MAL

Está encaprichandose de ella.He is infatuated with her // BIEN

Está encaprichandose con ella. He is infatuated with her// BIEN

Un saludo.

1)  Se está enamoriscando de ella:  He's becoming infatuated with her   /// BIEN

Se está encaprichando con ella..He's becoming infatuated with her  // BIEN

Se está encaprichando de ella. He's becoming infatuated with her //  MAL

2) Está enamoriscado de ella: He is infatuated with her //  BIEN

Está encaprichándose de ella.He is infatuated with her // MAL

Está encaprichándose con ella. He is infatuated with her// BIEN

Enamoriscarse de is correct, and it's synonymous with encapricharse con. The verb encapricharse takes the preposition con; although it can be seen with de, it is incorrect.

I apologize (I wrote the message I've quoted above): encapricharse does admit the preposition de as well as con. So all the sentences are correct.
