Watching this makes me sad. Why? Because I can read the captions and understand it all. But when I close my eyes, I cannot understand the speech. It's too fast for me. Why will I never get it?

Try to memorize the captions, then listen to the video. It'll be faster and easier for you to follow the speech because you already know what they're going to say, at least it's what I do in English and seems to work.

Somtimes it's just a matter of taking what sounds like this:

Enrealidadtengoganasdejugarunpocomás  and turn it into --> En realidad tengo ganas de jugar un poco más.

I recommend learning the words first, then hear them in context. The more you hear it, the more accessible it will become to you in your expressive vocabulary.
