Hello,
I would highly recommend reading and writing at first, as this helps
you out with your skills immensly. Also, this way you can practice your
Spanish by just reading Spanish newspapers (later on), etc. Pimsleur is
good for conversation and pronunciation and come vocabulary, but once
again, you won't be able to read it. Try to take a Spanish course if
there is one available, especially one from a native speaker. I would
go ahead and get the Pimsleur set to get you started though, and then
you will definitely be on your way to learning it.
